PROCEDURE:

Within 2 working days of receiving your instructions, we will:

  • Submit a Request for a Warrant of Possession to the Court
  • A proposed date for the Bailiff to attend at your property will be obtained
  • We will confirm the date with you and then submit confirmation of the date and the details of the person attending back to the Court
  • The Bailiff will attend at the property and carry out the eviction.

You will need to arrange a locksmith to attend at the property with the bailiff to secure the premises. We will arrange this for you for an additional fee. Please contact us if you require this service.

Early Vacation?

As is often the case, your tenant may vacate the property a day or two before the eviction date. In this case, it is important to have the bailiff attend to confirm the eviction and it is always advisable to change the locks, thus securing the property.
