Warrant For Possession – Eviction By Court Bailiff

If your tenant remains in occupation beyond the date set by the Court on the Order for Possession, we can apply to the Court for a Warrant for Possession whereby a Court Bailiff will attend at your property to evict the tenant.

Depending on the eviction date given by the Court and the rental value of the property, it may be more economical to have the eviction carried out more expeditiously by a High Court Sheriff. Contact us for further details.

Point To Note:

Early Vacation?

As is often the case, your tenant may vacate the property a day or two before the eviction date. In this case, it is important to have the bailiff attend to confirm the eviction and it is always advisable to change the locks, thus securing the property.
