All facility related matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently meeting the demands of landlords and tenants. We take great pride in effectively managing the relationship between our client landlords and their lessees or tenants.

Our role in many cases as portfolio manager ensures that our clients receive regular portfolio management performance reviews as well as detailed financial schedules. In turn, this allows our clients to step back from the time consuming day to day management of their properties. In addition, our legal experience and commercial awareness of the market allows us to offer acquisition advice and property sourcing to enhance and expand our client’s portfolios.

As part of our drive to provide greater transparency to our clients we have pioneered a novel, web-based reporting system to enable clients to have instant access to everything they want and need to know about the state of their property at the touch of a button. This includes details of the tenant(s), rent payable amounts and dates, and other key terms of the agreement. Clients will also have the ability to log on and download all relevant documentation including leases, tenancy agreements, deposit agreements, plans, insurance certificates and land registry entries.
