At KMP Solutions we pride ourselves in providing a transparent property management service to our clients. We have pioneered a novel, web-based reporting system to enable clients to have instant access to everything they want and need to know about the state of their property at the touch of a button. This includes details of the tenant(s), rent payable amounts and dates, and other key terms of the agreement. In addition, the portal is updated in real time to record the date and amounts of rents received as well as any ongoing maintenance issues that we are dealing with. Clients also have the ability to log on and download all relevant documentation, including leases, tenancy agreements, deposit agreements, plans, insurance certificates and land registry entries.
